Veteran film scoring academy Hollywood Music Workshop presents the concert ‘Cinema MORRICONE – An intimate celebration’ to be held on Aug 19, 2026 at the Kurhaus in Den Haag (The Netherlands), as part of its summer program.
The show, produced and hosted by Robert Townson, will have Maestro Ennio Morricone’s music performed in an intimate format, with Sara Andon on the flute and Simone Pedroni on the piano.
Morricone’s most famous and acclaimed film scores are included and presented in a new, exquisitely beautiful way. The maestro’s music has been masterfully arranged into new suites in such a way that they maintain all the details of the complete and iconic orchestration but in an intimate and powerful re-imagining of these timeless melodies for flute and piano.
The concert includes pieces such as:
