REVIEW: Why You Should Run to Disney’s Hollywood Studios For This NEW Drink

The month of June has brought a ton of new food and drinks to Disney World. That includes snacks and drinks celebrating summer, as well as food we’ll soon be eating to celebrate America’s 250th birthday and the 4th of July.

Rainbow Vodka Lemonade

June, though, is also Pride Month, which means we’re seeing a lot of rainbow-themed drinks and snacks in Disney World. We’re trying one of the most recent rainbow-inspired cocktails in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, so let’s see how it is.

You can now get the Rainbow Vodka Lemonade for $16.50 at Tune-In Lounge in Hollywood Studios. This is a drink made with Minute Maid Lemonade, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, and Pomegranate-Hibiscus Grenadine with a Sugar Rim and Rainbow Ribbon Candy. It’s not so much rainbow-colored, though, as it is pink. It’s also just a standard pomegranate lemonade with vodka, although the candy and sugar rim add some sweetness. The sugar complements the vodka really well, though, and you get some sourness from the lemonade and candy strip. It’s sweet and sour, which is always a great flavor combo.

It’s got candy in it

We will add a word of warning, though. If you let the candy strip sit too long, it gets soggy. However, on the upside, it soaks up the drink, which leaves you with some vodka-infused candy. Overall, we think this is a solid drink, but if you’re going to spend nearly $18 on a cocktail, there are better options at Tune-In Lounge, like the Toasted Marshmallow Old Fashioned or The Tune-In PBJ Cocktail.

Sugar rim

We’ll keep an eye out for more new food and drinks in Disney World, so check back with AllEars again soon for more.
