Everyone gather around, it’s time. The 2026 Emmy nominations are here.

On Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET, Emmy winners Liza Colón-Zayas (The Bear) and Jeff Hiller (Somebody Somewhere) will announce this year’s nominees from the Wolf Theatre at the Television Academy’s Saban Media Center. The announcement will stream live on the Television Academy’s website and YouTube channel and you can watch it below.

Nominees in two categories — best variety series and reality competition program — were revealed earlier Wednesday morning on NBC’s Today show.

Though the Emmys originally planned to unveil this year’s nominees in two batches, the TV Academy recently announced that it would be revealing all of this year’s nominees on July 8. The move was designed to better accommodate promotional campaign schedules for Emmy hopefuls.

Ahead of the main nominations announcement, check out the final predictions for this year’s nominees, across 63 categories, from executive awards editor Scott Feinberg.

Last year’s Emmys delivered several memorable moments, with Owen Cooper becoming the youngest acting Emmy winner ever for his performance in Adolescence. The limited series went on to win six Emmys. The Studio also had a standout night, earning four wins, including best comedy series. Meanwhile, The Pitt took home three awards, including best drama series, while Noah Wyle won best drama actor and Katherine LaNasa was named best supporting actress in a drama series.

Mariska Hargitay is set to host the 2026 Emmys, which will air live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. The Creative Arts Emmys, where the majority of the Emmys trophies are presented, will take place roughly a week earlier, on Saturday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 6.
