With the regular 2025-26 TV season well in the rearview, the last piece of ratings accounting has now come through.

Nielsen’s final multi-platform numbers for the season still have the final run of Stranger Things well in front of every other series, but there are a handful of changes from the most recent rankings (which covered the season through mid-April).

Most notably, Paramount+’s Dutton Ranch lands in the top 10, ranking sixth overall with 19.2 million viewers after 35 days of viewing. The fall-to-spring season ended May 24, so the audience for the Yellowstone spinoff is only through its first three episodes.

Another Yellowstone offshoot, CBS’ Marshals, is the top broadcast series with 19.3 million viewers over 35 days. That figure is down some from the show’s mid-April number, as the back half of Marshals‘ season didn’t rate quite as hugely as the first few episodes.

Also new to the list is The Boroughs, which drew 12 million viewers over 35 days on Netflix. The streamer canceled the show after a single season, with sources citing the supernatural drama’s expense (about $10 million per episode) as a primary reason.

Among shows that originate on broadcast networks (and not including live sports), Marshals, Tracker, High Potential, Matlock and Sheriff Country are the top five for the season. Their order did not change from the April chart, but viewer totals for the four CBS shows did slightly. ABC’s High Potential wrapped its season in early April and this is unchanged from the earlier dataset.

The top 25 series across all platforms and the top 25 broadcast shows for the 2025-26 season (Sept. 14, 2025-May 24, 2026) are below.
