Japan-based singer Emma Cordero is set to receive two international recognitions at the 9th Edition of the Amerika Prestige Awards in Hollywood, California on May 23.
Cordero will be honored as “Woman of the Universe” and “Global Princess of Songs 2026.” She is also scheduled to perform as one of the featured artists during the event.
The recognition follows Cordero’s recent “Outstanding Civic Servant” award from the Public Attorney’s Office during the 9th MCLE Grand National Convention.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to receive this recognition from the Public Attorney’s Office. This award reminds me to continue inspiring and serving others with passion, dedication and sincerity,” Cordero said.
She also thanked PAO Chief Persida Rueda-Acosta for her support and guidance through the years.
“This journey was built through perseverance, faith and purpose,” Cordero said of her latest international honors. “To be recognized globally while continuing my advocacy of giving back is truly a blessing.”
Cordero is also preparing for the 10th anniversary of the World Class Excellence Japan Awards, which she will host on June 18 at the Heritage Hotel in Manila. Founded by Cordero in 2016, the awards recognize achievers from different professions and countries under the theme “Harmony Across Nations.”
On June 20, she will return to Sta. Margarita, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar for her annual birthday charity outreach through the I Wanna Give Love Foundation, which provides assistance to communities in need.
“Giving back is not just part of my journey — it is my purpose in life,” she said.
Cordero will then return to Japan for “Emma Cordero and Friends Charity Concert: Voices of Summer, Hearts as One” on July 24 at Gate’s 7 in Fukuoka. The benefit concert will bring together music and advocacy in support of her continuing humanitarian work.
Before her return to Japan, Cordero also appeared on People’s Television Network’s morning show “Rise and Shine Pilipinas,” where she talked about her passion for music and service.
