While Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher have been married since 2015 and welcomed two children (a daughter named Wyatt Isabelle, born in Oct 2014, and a son named Dimitri Portwood, born in Nov 2016), they rarely talk about their romance. In fact, Kunis just spoke about their marriage (and it resurfaced their controversial beginning).
During a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show via OK Magazine, Kunis talked about her romance with Kutcher.
“They meet you in whatever state current form that you’re at, right? Like, you go through different levels,” Kunis said. “I mean, I married my best friend. But to back it up, when we reconnected, I was 27. And I was a very different person than I was when I was 25, let alone when I was 21 or 19. You go through different changes and you evolve. Hopefully you grow, you become different.”
She added, “But he knew me through all of them, and I knew him through all of it, through like the good, the bad, the ugly, you know, and vice versa. So when we reconnected, there was no getting to know each other, there was no, ‘But let me tell you all these hidden secrets,’ There was nothing to hide. So it makes it really easy.”
Now, this resurfaced disturbing details about their romance. While they didn’t start dating until they were adults, the beginnings of their bond on That ’70s Show started a whole new controversy.

Despite Kunis being only 14, they still made her character frequently kiss Ashton Kutcher’s character, despite him being 20 years old.

In a 2001 interview with People via EOnline, Kunis said the producers gave her some perfume. “I totally perfumed myself and I was like, ‘Hey, I feel better about myself.’” And in the same year, Kutcher talked about how he got “butterflies” over the idea of kissing Kunis.
“I was so nervous. She acted so cool. She seemed as if she’d done it a thousand times. I was the one with the butterflies in my stomach,” Ashton said. “I mean, here’s this little girl and I have to kiss her. It was nerve-racking.”
Per StyleCaster, Kutcher made a lot of comments about the age gap, including talking about how co-star and convicted rapist Danny Masterson bet him money to “french kiss” Kunis when she was 14. Specifically, he said, “‘Dude, I’ll give you $10 if you French kiss her.’”
Yikes. Apaprently, he tried to do it (and thought she was 15 at the time?)
