For Grammys weekend (and, as I’m told, every weekend), West Hollywood is the place to be at night. During my visit, I stayed on the Sunset Strip and it only took one quick stroll down said strip (New Yorkers—WeHo is surprisingly walkable!) to realize just how many nightlife spots there are. I walked by Soho House, the Roxy, the Viper Room, the Comedy Store—and each venue looked like it was hopping.

Even the EDITION lobby bar had a line out the door (fortunately, hotel guests can bypass the line) to mix and mingle over cocktails.

WeHo is also home to so much gay nightlife, from the Abbey to Micky’s to Hi Tops and plenty more.

And because it was Grammys weekend, there were a ton of pre-Grammys parties and after-parties conveniently being held in the area. I certainly realized during this trip that there could never be a shortage of things to do in West Hollywood.
