Inde Navarrette is meeting with major directors and considering her next moves.

The Obsession star has enjoyed a meteoric rise in awareness and acclaim since the release of Curry Barker’s horror hit, which has now crossed $400 million globally at the box office.

In a new interview with Nylon, the 25-year-old was asked if she would do a Marvel movie. “I would,” she replied.

Speaking of which, Navarrette has reportedly met with Thunderbolts helmer Jake Schreier, who is directing Marvel’s upcoming X-Men reboot.

Navarrette has also reportedly met with Michael Mann, who is currently casting Heat 2 — the sequel to his iconic 1995 crime thriller.

Navarrette listed Schreier and Mann among directors she would like to work with along with Sinners director Ryan Coogler and Barbie helmer Greta Gerwig.

That said, her next project is already set — Invertigo, which has filmed, from director Matthias Hoene. Invertigo is about “a group of reckless teens who convince a young park worker to sneak them onto a rollercoaster before its official opening. However, a system failure traps them hundreds of feet in the air, forcing them to fight for survival as buried traumas and hidden tensions erupt into chaos.”

As for Obsession 2, which Barker has told The Hollywood Reporter he already has “a really cool idea” for, she said, “I think the beautiful thing about it is that there is no sequel. I think it’d be cool if Curry did the anthology series that he was talking about, where each is a different wish.”

Navarrette previously told THR that she “absolutely would” be up for an Obsession sequel but “love[s] the idea” of the story being left at a single film.

“It’s like a memory, whenever you look back to yourself at like 24, 23, 22 those are all chunks, and they begin and end at a certain point. I think that’s kind of like this story,” she said.

In any case, Navarrette is apparently just fine with all the overwhelming attention and running around, noting, “I don’t care how much I’m not sleeping, because I don’t know if I’ll get this opportunity again … I really want to prove that Obsession wasn’t just lightning in a bottle.”
