Audiences are returning to Tinseltown for another round ahead of an exciting new project. Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 hit, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, is once again surging on the streaming charts.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is currently one of the most popular films on Hulu. According to FlixPatrol, the hit action flick is currently the platform’s No. 10 most-streamed movie in the United States. It returns to the charts seven years after its first release in theaters.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Is One of Tarantino’s Biggest Successes

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is remembered as one of the biggest successes in Quentin Tarantino’s already celebrated career. The 2019 action film follows the unlikely duo of former Hollywood hotshot Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his stuntman, Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). During their adventures, the movie tackles themes of the changing film industry in the mid-20th century and the Manson Family Murders.

The film went on to earn over $393 million at the worldwide box office, the second-highest of Tarantino’s career. It also received mostly positive reactions from critics and fans, including an 86% Rotten Tomatoes score and 70% Popcornmeter. It also earned two Academy Awards, including Best Supporting Actor for Pitt and Best Production Design. With this level of success, it’s no surprise that Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is returning.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood‘s streaming success comes ahead of the imminent release of its long-awaited spinoff. The Adventures of Cliff Booth brings back Brad Pitt’s iconic stuntman for his own solo adventure. The film doesn’t have an official release date yet, but it is confirmed to come out sometime in 2026.

The Adventures of Cliff Booth features legendary filmmaker David Fincher in the director’s chair, working with a script by Quentin Tarantino. In addition to Pitt, the film boasts an all-star cast that includes Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino, Timothy Olyphant, and more. This is the first time that audiences will get to return to the world of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood since the original 2019 film, but its success could kick off a franchise.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is still effortlessly popular seven years after its release, as it continues to dominate Hulu’s streaming charts. Audiences still have time to relive the iconic action flick ahead of The Adventures of Cliff Booth later this year.
