The end of Peacemaker’s second season brought the show’s first ever appearance on the Nielsen streaming charts.

The DC series, starring John Cena as the title character, squeezed onto the original series rankings for Oct. 6-12 in 10th place. Peacemaker had 398 million minutes of viewing for the week; the season finale, which debuted Oct. 8, accounted for 42 percent of the total (about 167 million minutes). The series is the first DC show on HBO Max to make the streaming top 10.

Monster: The Ed Gein Story spent a second week as the No. 1 overall streaming title, and like previous seasons of the Netflix anthology, it grew substantially in its second week. Ed Gein had 2.31 billion viewing minutes for the week, a 51 percent improvement over a week earlier.

Love Is Blind was the only other show to reach a billion viewing minutes, totaling 1.11 billion on Netflix. Two other Netflix series made their first appearances on the chart, as Is It Cake? Halloween (512 million minutes) and Boots (434 million) finished fourth and eighth among original shows. On the acquired series top 10, Grey’s Anatomy (720 million minutes) returned to the top 10 a week after falling off the first time in more than two years.

KPop Demon Hunters reclaimed the top ranking on the movie chart with 808 million minutes of watch time. The Woman in Cabin 10, starring Keira Knightley, premiered in second place with 481 million minutes.

Nielsen’s streaming ratings cover viewing on TV sets only and don’t include minutes watched on computers or mobile devices. The ratings only measure U.S. audiences, not those in other countries. The top streaming titles for Oct. 6-12, 2025, are below.
