Hollywood, CA (The Hollywood Times) 8/29/26 -West Hollywood’s music scene hit a high note today as Spinning Sunset brought out crowds, collectors, and casual listeners for a sun-drenched day of food, entertainment, and non-stop crates of records.

While getting things rolling right at 1:00 PM under the peak afternoon glare felt a bit unusual—leading to a few jokes about potentially warped wax in the intense heat—the afternoon quickly turned around. As the temperature finally cooled, the energy picked right back up, setting the stage for a strong finish winding down tonight around 7:00 PM.
The vendor selection truly had something for everyone. Crates spanned a massive spectrum, featuring everything from deeply obscure vintage cuts to heavy-hitting rap vinyl. It was a true cross-section of music lovers coming together under the West Hollywood sun, with everybody sharing a wonderful time and digging for that next great find.
