There were many touching moments during Bad Bunny’s jaw-dropping Super Bowl LX performance at the Apple Music Halftime Show. But there was one moment that’s likely going to be in the minds of those involved for the rest of their lives.

During the halftime show, Bad Bunny performed his 2025 song “Baile Inolvidable” on the main stage, joining after his surprise guest, Lady Gaga, performed an arrangement by Big Jay of her hit “Die With a Smile.” As “Baile Inolvidable” played, a wedding scene took place.

However, it wasn’t just a scene. It was a real wedding as the couple got married onstage. The couple invited Bad Bunny to their wedding, and instead of attending, the singer invited them to be part of his Super Bowl LX halftime show, the singer’s team confirmed.

The couple, who have not been named publicly, were married live, with Bad Bunny serving as their witness and signing their marriage certificate. The performance even showed the couple cutting their wedding cake on stage, sharing the joyous moment with those also on the stage.

Bad Bunny had a slew of special guests join him during the performance. Ricky Martin joined Gaga in performing during the Super Bowl halftime show. A gaggle of celebrity guests were also featured in his “La Casita” set piece including Alix Earle, Cardi B, Dave Grutman, Karol G, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, Ronald Acuña Jr. and Young Miko.

The New England Patriots are facing off against the Seattle Seahawks for Super Bowl LX, held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Bad Bunny’s halftime show performance comes on the heel’s of his big night at the 2026 Grammy Awards, where he won several awards, including album of the year.

The Puerto Rican superstar has been a vocal critic of the Trump Administration, using the stage of the Grammys to call out ICE. “We’re not savages, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens, we are humans and we are Americans,” he said.

“The hate gets more powerful with more hate. The only thing that is more powerful than hate is love,” he continued. “We need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. We don’t hate them. We love our people. We love our family, and that’s the way to do it with love. Don’t forget that, please.”

During Bad Bunny’s halftime performance, screens inside Levi’s Stadium called back to that moment on the Grammy stage. “The only thing more powerful than hate is love,” the screens read behind the singer as he and the crowd sang a reprisal of his hit song “DtMF.”
