The semiquincentennial TV specials continue with CBS’ coast-to-coast Great American Block Party 250. With performances by Queen Latifah, Goo Goo Dolls, Zac Brown Band and others, the three-hour event kicks off on July 4, at 8 p.m. PT/ET on CBS, which can be livestreamed on any streaming service that carries said network, namely DirecTV (with a five-day free trial), Fubo (with a one-day free trial) and Hulu + Live TV.
The Great American Block Party 250 will also livestream on Paramount+, however the streamer does not offer a free trial.

CBS’ July 4 special is unique in that it will take viewers to celebrations and concerts all across the country, culminating with the biggest fireworks show in history. Queen Latifah will join from the America250 Benefit Show at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, while The Roots and Jill Scott will join from One Philly Unity Concert for America. Other musical moments include intimate shows from Zac Brown Band in Atlanta, Georgia; Jon Batiste in Montclair, New Jersey; Goo Goo Dolls in Irvine, California; and The War and Treaty in Nashville, Tennessee.

Since the July Fourth special airs on CBS, it will also be available to watch live on any streaming service that carries the network, including DirecTV (with a five-day free trial), Fubo (with a one-day free trial) and Hulu + Live TV. Watch CBS with a subscription to Fubo, which offers a one-day free trial for new subscribers.
After the trial, plans start at $45.99 for the first month and $55.99 monthly afterward.
Paramount+
Packages from $8.99 per month
Paramount+ will carry a live feed of the July 4 broadcast that you can watch online without needing cable. Paramount+ packages start at $8.99 per month (or $89.99 annually) for the ad-supported Essential plan, while the Paramount+ Premium plan is $13.99 per month (or $139.99 per year). The Premium package is ad free, except for live TV and a few shows.
While the streaming service recently eliminated its free trial directly through the site, customers who sign up for one of DirecTV’s Signature packages will get three months of Paramount+ Premium included at no cost. This is on top of DirecTV’s five-day free trial. To claim the deal, select your preferred signature package, then opt to add Paramount+ where it instructs you to pick your add-ons. As indicated, you’ll automatically get three months of the service included in your subscription.
Hulu + Live TV
Three-day free trial; packages from $89.99 per month
Watch CBS for free with a three-day trial to Hulu + Live TV, which comes bundled with Disney+ and ESPN+, starting at $89.99 per month.
