Adam Keen has a new agenda.

The veteran publicity executive, who has held senior roles at a number of Hollywood studios including Amazon MGM Studios, Warner Bros. Pictures, MGM/United Artists, has launched Agenda Collective, a full-service and bicoastal PR firm with offices in Los Angeles and New York and a staff roster comprised of fellow PR vets as newly-installed vice presidents, Emily Teichner, Natalie Petozzi and Kevin McAlpine.

Together, they are shepherding a client roster of studios, filmmakers, showrunners, writers, producers, authors, sales companies and production entities on publicity campaigns and representation across film, TV, digital and awards. The seed of Agenda formed last year after Keen exited his post as co-head of global film PR at Amazon MGM Studios in September 2025, and he slowly built out his team and roster.

Agenda has recently worked with clients like A24, Artists Equity, Amazon MGM Studios, CBS, Focus Features, IFC, Lionsgate, Mattel Studios, Neon, Roku, Searchlight Pictures, UltraBoom Media, Wavelength, STX Entertainment and WME with contributions on recent campaigns for Backrooms, Hokum, Obsession, 56 Days, Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, Over Your Dead Body, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come, The Reunion: Laguna Beach and John Candy: I Like Me.

“We built Agenda Collective with intention,” Keen explained in a statement. “After decades inside studios and global organizations, I wanted to create something collaborative, personal and driven by impact. Taking the time to build the right team across both coasts was essential to that vision.”

Speaking of time, Keen formed Agenda following three decades of experience in the PR field working on campaigns for hundreds of high-profile films. To name a few: Crazy Rich Asians, Road House, Air, Gravity, The Conjuring, The Tomorrow War, Coming 2 America, Red, White & Royal Blue as well as titles in the DC universe, and the Harry Potter, Lego and Bond franchises. In addition to the aforementioned studios, he also had a tenure at Overture Films and Broad Green Pictures.

About that staff. Teichner knows Keen as she also hails from Amazon MGM Studios in addition to a tenure at Strategy PR. She has lead and supported film, TV series and awards campaigns for the Dune franchise, The Idea of You, Normal People and Promising Young Woman.

Petozzi comes to Agenda after tenures at Entertainment One followed by Ginsberg Libby. She’s helped steer film, series and fest campaigns for movies like the Oscar winners Anora, Hamnet and 1917 as well as John Wick: Chapter 2.

McAlpine is another Amazon MGM Studios veteran who worked with Keen during his time at the studio. Like his colleagues, he’s also got plenty of experience leading film, series and festival campaigns thanks to time spent at Amazon as well as ID-PR, Focus Features and Ginsberg Libby. His roster of titles includes Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Daisy Jones & The Six, Lady Bird, Ready or Not and Yellowstone, among others.
