Globally, Obsession grossed around $495.7 million at the box office, according to Box Office Mojo, and its theatrical run was impressive considering how much money was spent on it. It even catapulted its cast from literally nobodies to now Oscar aspirants. Starring Michael Johnston, Inde Navarrette, Cooper Tomlinson, Megan Lawless, and Andy Richter, the movie elevated Inde as the most sought-after new actress in Hollywood, who’s now set to play Rogue in Marvel’s X-Men reboot.
